Foundations of Capability

Take this fun class for an intro to CMMI fundamentals and to take the basic CMMI Associate Certification exam. Unlike Building Organizational Capability, it will not qualify you for advanced CMMI classes, e.g., Applying CMMI and beyond. (But for most people, this won't matter.) Optionally follow it with one or both Building Excellence classes to help qualify as a CMMI-Development (and/or CMMI-Services) Appraisal Team Member. No prerequisites. Introduces key concepts and the 17 core Practice Areas. Includes access to our proprietary online CMMI Associate practice exams plus membership in our exclusive Alumni Club.
